Museum of the Hooked Rug and Home Life

The museum tells the story of hooked rugs in connection with the history of the Acadians, the region and the attempt to keep this tradition alive to this day. Large carpets were collaborative works that took months to complete and are still used today to tell stories or honour individuals.
