Lars Monsen is probably Norway’s most famous outdoor adventurer. He has documented his tours on foot, by packraft, with skis and pulka, as well as with dog sleds, such as walking the length of Norway, the crossing of Canada for several years and many more for many years in numerous films, books and TV series. Most of his adventures involve getting a large part of his food by fishing and hunting while moving through nature off track and as far away from any civilisation as possible.
